“If we eliminate the word, the costume, the proscenium, the scenes, the room, as long as it remains the actor and his movements, the theater is the theater”. (Vsevolod Mejerchol’d)
Biomechanics is not an "acting system" but a "total training system of the actor". It's a real science of the body where the actor is the mechanic and the body the machine on which he has to work.
The actor is both the material and the organizer of his bodily material.
Starting from these basic principles on which we build the actor's discipline, workshops are created in which each individual can work on himself to get together and meet the others up .
Our Workshops develop the following modules :
- History of the Theatre
- Theatrical Anthropology
- Pre - expression
- Physical Training
- Theatrical Biomechanics
- Storytelling
- Tecniques of improvisation
- Use of the voice
- Relationship with the mask
- Creation of drama
