The itinerant literary review Books in movement is an event conceived and promoted, in a coordinated network strategy, by cultural associations operating in the Brescia area.
The Zero Negative association will be involved in the review giving life to the words of some authors, intervening with some dramatizations.
Through the gaze, the place and the voice of the storytelling, the exhibition aims to offer the public a reflection around some themes that vary monthly and that affect the man and his being in the world, with his feelings, passions, actions, commitments and rights, civil and social.
The specificity of this event lies in the particularity of its format and in the challenge and the effort to propose, even in the act, the meaning of unity and of the participating community: many are the opportunities to promote the culture of and in the book, through presentations and meetings with the author, but they are disseminated, like islands, on the territory and often present themselves - even when they are organized in exhibitions - as a single event centered on authorial production; the called community becomes an "I" and not a "we".
Nowadays, the society suffers the atomization and the fragmentation of the individual in what Baumann calls "liquid society", so he urges an inversion of course and calls to action, to the movement that wants to unite and not to disperse. Who seeks man in his possibility of being with others.
